Top of "August Dawn" -- Posted by Uncorked
I whipped together the top for the "August Dawn" quilt last weekend. Here are a couple of pictures.
It's not quite as crooked as it looks, but there is some curvature in the seams as a result of me trying to get it together too quickly. Oh well. The baby won't notice.
The above shows my favorite strip in the quilt - the one that has the sun in it. I had to fussy cut a little bit to get that and then remember that I'd done so when I was sewing all the strips together and then cutting them.
