Jello Salad

1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip
1 package of cream cheese (I use Philly light)
1 can fruit cocktail
1 package jello (whatever flavor/color you want)

Drain fruit juice into pan, add enough water to boil the jello according to the instructions on the package.

Mix up cool whip and soft (microwave if necessary) cream cheese. Add jello and fruit, mix it all together. Pour into a pan, let it set in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Some variations: make it with whipped cream, instead of Cool Whip (more fat, but not so artificial), and fresh fruit, instead of fruit cocktail.
